Dispatch times, delivery options and what to expect after you order.
Dispatch times
Stocked items are dispatched within one working day. Made-to-order items are dispatched after the lead time shown on the product page. Where an order contains both, it is dispatched together once the longest lead time has elapsed — tell us at checkout if you would prefer a split delivery.
UK delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days), Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next working day) and DPD Next Day with a one-hour window. Current prices and any free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout.
Outside the UK
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands. Selling into the EU means appointing a representative there under the General Product Safety Regulation, and we would rather not offer it at all than offer it badly. If you are outside the UK and want something made, email us — we will tell you honestly when that changes.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Order status is also visible in your account at any time.
